As the recipient of the 2003 Best Overall Pitch Award, Shakura S'Aida knows firsthand the benefits that can come from the Innoversity Summit™, and is very pleased to be returning to the Innoversity team for the second year in a row.

Working as a project manager and event coordinator within the entertainment industry has allowed Shakura to produce many wonderful events including "The World's Greatest Christmas Party at Variety Village" and "The Famous Players Directors’ Chairs Online Auction" (an event co-sponsored by DGC Ontario). Shakura also co-produced "The Variety Tribute Dinner in Honour of Paul Bronfman".

As sponsorship liaison for the 2005 Innoversity Creative Summit, Shakura successfully produced Innoversity’s first media career fair, providing delegates with the opportunity to meet with 14 human resource professionals within the industry and hear firsthand about available positions with each organization, both creative and administrative.
