Heidi Penning, Equity Advisor, Queen’s University Heidi speaks in “Building an Accessible Ontario” on October 26th.Heidi is an Equity Advisor in the Equity Office at Queen’s University. She bring with her over two decades of experience about the way that public policy, human behavior, and community realities intersect to create sustainable and positive change for equity-seeking groups so that they can live, work, and play with dignity in their communities. Possessing a passion for social justice, she relishes tackling complex human rights, equity, and accessibility issues. She serves as a board member for the Kingston Community Legal Clinic and is Vice-Chair of the Accessibility Committee for the city of Kingston.
