A dynamic and motivating management consultant, facilitator and public speaker, Marguerite is known for her insights on leadership, entrepreneurship and personal growth. She is recognized for her energetic, passionate approach to facilitating positive growth and transformation in organizations and individuals.

Marguerite’s approach to organizational transformation is on two levels: 1) the organization – where she facilitates teams in developing strategic plans which they own; and 2) the individual – where she trains, coaches and supports individual leaders in achieving the highest manifestation of their leadership competencies. She adds value by charting their winning strategy and skillfully supporting them in the minefield that is strategy execution.

Marguerite is an expert in Strategy articulation and Culture alignment, and in particular in the Balanced Scorecard. With over 25 years of consulting experience, she has added value to organizations in the private, public, nongovernmental and educational sectors. Her clients have included the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the World Bank, Inter American Development Bank (IADB) and the Government of the Netherlands.

Marguerite is the author of “Free and Laughing: Spiritual Insights in Every Day Moments” and is an avid blogger – www.freeandlaughing.com. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, is an IAF-Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and a certified Transformational Coaching Trainer.
