The following is a snapshot of what is available to you, whether you are a diversity professional, HR manager or manager of a diverse workforce. Diversity Management Development WorkshopsThis year the Innoversity™ Summit 2006 will offer a unique opportunity for managers and diversity professionals to have two days of intensive diversity management training, comprised of four 90-minute modules. The sessions will be facilitated by DiversiPro, a diversity consulting firm, and its associates, presenting new and innovative thinking and practices in four areas of diversity management: Strategic Planning; Recruitment and Retention; Marketing; and People Management. At the completion of all four modules, each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion. Note: Participants must be managers or responsible for diversity implementation in their organizations. Because of limited space (no more than 50) all participants must pre-register for these workshops and must take all four modules to qualify for a certificate of completion.
