Raised in inner-city Birmingham, Wilfred Emmanuel Jones went on to careers in television, marketing, and farming. A charismatic personality, he is known for the British TV series set on his farm in Devon, England, for mentoring young people, and for his “Black Farmer” products, sold across the UK. He is also the TV producer who trained chef Gordon Ramsay for television. Wilfred refuses to let himself or his projects be confined by race, convention or tradition.
