DiversiPro presents a full day of speakers and workshops designed specifically for managers from all sectors – from governments to arts organizations, and broadcasters to bankers. The management training series, will focus on diversity, inclusion and cultural competence.

The DiversiPro Management Series will include:

  • Diversity consultant and educator Dr. Billy Vaughan of Diversity Training University International (DTUI) in San Francisco will lead an interactive workshop on managing the conflicting emotions that can help – or harm - diversity and inclusion initiatives.


  • Organizational behavior expert Dr. Alison Konrad of the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) will present her seminal findings on why inclusive practices often run counter to human nature and how to overcome natural barriers to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

  • Change management specialist Cynthia Reyes along with Dr. Konrad will offer an engaging and important session on cross-cultural and reciprocal mentoring.
