Presenter – Cindy Tan

Cindy is speaking in “Who Speaks?” at 2:30pm on October 26th.

Cindy Tan is Project Manager at CivicAction, a non-profit organization that aims to improve the Toronto region’s social, economic and environmental future by convening civic leaders from all sectors. In this role, she supports the development of collaborative and diverse leadership through DiverseCity Fellows, a leadership program for our region’s rising city-builders, and DiverseCity Perspectives, a program that uses dialogue to explore and transform perceptions of leadership. Prior to this, Cindy lived and worked in Beijing, China for several years. She has a BAH from Queen’s University in Political Studies and Women’s Studies and an MA from McGill University in anthropology.
